load Xml Poll in HTML Page

    hi everybody ,
    i've downloaded xml poll but i'm not able to load it on my HTML page. I don't know how to use the downloaded zip file. I've tried to upload it on altervista.org and then throught ... i've pointed out the altervista's url. But it doesn't work. which file i've to use? anybody can help me with a tutorial?
