1) the scroller works on my local computer but when I upload to my server there is a black space (with thre little grey dots in the upper left corner). I uploaded the HTML file and the deploy folder with its contents, why is it not working?
2) when I adjust the size of the scroller the bottom of the videos and
thumbnails gets cut off, is there a way to adjust the size without this
happening? I need it to be 130 pixels in height.

Thanks for using our component. These would be my answers:
1. It seems like you uploaded the free version of our SWF file. You'll have to download the component one more time, using the big Download button, on the component page (of course, after you've logged in). Then you'll need to replace the SWF file you're using, with the one from the newly downloaded zip file. It should work on your server as well. The free preview is protected, but the paid package should work fine.
2. You'll need to adjust the height of the videos as well. You can do this in the gallery.xml file. Just find this property:
videoHeight = "200"
and set the height to a maximum of 130. Also, for the images not to be cut off, you'll need to resize them, using an image processing software, and make them 130px or less.
If it gives you any more trouble, let me know. We'll find a solution.
