Please check the article related to pathToFiles from the FAQ section.
    http://www.flabell.com/topics/view/59

Using Safari's Activity Window you'll see what files path isn't set properly.

This is the most common issues our users encounter, and I believe this is what's happening here as well.

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but I am new to all this and I'm trying to learn as I go.

To get the xml image rotator on my webpage, would I do the following...
    1. Insert the "preview.swf" file in my page in dreamweaver...
    2. upload my page as well as the deploy folder to my server...
    3. then preview in the browser.

I was reading from the link posted above and was unsure as to what to put where and where to change the file paths. Would I change the file paths in the index.html file and include that when I upload my files? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Hi. I think the step by step video tutorial, that shows you how to embed any of our components in HTML, will be helpful for you.

Please check it on the product's page, on the right.

Thanks for pointing out the video, I did not know that they were there. It's nice to be able to see it. However, after following it, I'm still having trouble. The only thing that shows up when I publish my page is the message about needing Flash Player 9+ to be able to view. I checked my flash player and it is up to date. What else could it be? The only other thing I thought it could be was the the file path, but I have tried that so many times you would think that one of the ways I tried would be right. Anyway, I'm still stuck. Can you please give me some direction? Thank you.
