How to use a Support Ticket?

  You just purchased a commercial flash component from Flabell, a bundle, the membership or directly a Support Ticket?
  
  In any of these situations, your account has been awarded a Support Ticket which you can see on your profile page, on the right of your avatar.
  
  What you'll be able to see is when this expires, as it's availability is for an entire year.
  
  
  Now that you have the Support Ticket in your account, you can ask any questions you need answered related to our Flash Components, on email, in the forum, or in the product's comments page.
  
  One of the members of our Development Team will get back to you with helpful information, as soon as possible.
  
  If there's anything you want to ask regarding Support Tickets, please write us here.

  I purchased the calendar and was able to change the colors and events but when I view it on my site, it displays the new color but the old sample events. I've tried a bunch of different ways including just uploading the unmodified version with my events .xml and still it displays the sample events. How can I get it to show my events?

  There are two problems I have encountered.
  
  I. I can not get the size of the gallery the right size. It is two tall.
  
  2. There are a couple extra pixels on the left side of the gallery.
  
  I just can't seem to figure out where I have gone wrong.

  The images are 150 wide x 4 per row = 600 +2 = 602
  Images are 224 x 3 = 672 +2 = 674

  Why the flash don't work with cyrilic letters ???

  You need to use a font that supports cyrilic characters. Please check the article related to special characters in the FAQ section.

  hi there, i do not want to sound silly, but, i can not send any message to the support team, as is asking me for a support ticket, which is strange because i have purchased a comercial product.
  
  also i cant install the banner rotator with thumbs, im a little lost, can you please reply with some sense, as im going mad trying to find out what can i do.

  Ok, I'm losing it a lil bit. Besides not being able to figure out how to install the flash mp3 player, there is nothing to the right of my avitar will enable me to use a support ticket. I do realize that it's my own ignorance that 's stressing me out, but none the less, if I had hair I would have pulled it out by now. haha Thanks in advance for your help.
